StarCraft 2 Best Buy - Image 1Can’t wait to get your hands on Blizzard’s StarCraft 2? Well, neither can we. While the developers have not given out an official release date, some retailer websites have begun listing the game for December 3.

It seems that Best Buy, Circuit City, and GameStop have all listed the game on the same date. While we’re not buying the usual “it could just be a coincidence…” reasoning, it might just be a placeholder date (provided by Blizzard or some other source) or an expected release date for the game.

We’ll be keeping tabs on StarCraft 2 and it’s launch date so you might want to keep checking back here in case Blizzard decides to release an official date for the game.

Opoona for the Wii - Image 1With an already fruitful first half of the year 2008, Koei certainly isn’t stopping with just the release of their large titles like Dynasty Warriors 6 (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360). You can most definitely expect more things to come from them, and as proof, they’ve release their official lineup for the rest of the year.

  • Soul Nomad (PlayStation2) – June 20
  • Samurai Warriors 2 (PC) June 27
  • Opoona (Wii) – September
  • Romance of the Threee Kingdoms XI (PC) – September 8
  • Warriors Orochi 2 (PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360) – September 19
  • G1 Jockey 4 2008 (PlayStation3) September 26
  • G1 Jockey Wii 2008 (Wii) September 26
  • Dynasty Warriors 6 (PC) October
  • Prey The Stars (DS) – October

Although we’re not sure if these release dates are for North America only, or including Europe and other territories, we have to admit that we can’t help but be excited over this news. Speaking of which, we’ll be sure to keep you posted for more, so stay right here at QJ.NET for more updates.

Thanks to Peter Bauer for the tip!
